The National Association of Insurance Commissioners “NAIC” is a collaborative effort of the 50 individual state insurance commissioners. This group produces valuable consumer publications and videos. Two of the commissioners collaborated in the following video discussing some provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act passed in year 2010.
